We got the first dinner seating in a private room, which is from 6 to 8 p.m. Their sashimi is served meticulously at the perfect temperature. Their menu is extensive, with items you rarely see in Manila.
My recommendations: Salmon sashimi (raw salmon), ikura donburi (salmon roe over rice), and dobin mushi (mushroom seafood soup served in a tea pot).
The prices aren’t bad, especially when you consider the quality. Much of their sashimi is imported, and the ambiance is great.
Tip: Get there early or bring a driver. They have some parking inside the compound, but otherwise it’s streetside parking and I’m not sure how safe the surrounding area is.
